Information we collect
When you submit a form on this site — including home-value requests, deal-alert signups, contractor requests, Wheel of Deals spins, and booking requests — we collect the information you provide: your name, email address, phone number, and any property address or notes you include. We also collect standard website analytics (pages visited, approximate location, device type) through Google Analytics.
How we use your information
We use your information to respond to your request, follow up about buying or selling real estate, provide the perk or service you asked about, and send helpful market updates. Your contact details are stored in our customer relationship management system. We do not sell your personal information.
Calls and text messages (SMS)
If you check a consent box on a form, or otherwise ask us to contact you by phone or text, you agree to receive calls and texts from Lavell Jackson / RE/MAX Five Star Properties about real estate services, including messages sent with automated technology. Consent is not a condition of purchasing any property, goods, or services. Message and data rates may apply. Message frequency varies. Reply STOP to opt out at any time, or reply HELP for help. The Spin to Win form has two separate boxes: a required box confirming you are 18 or older and agree to the Official Rules and this Privacy Policy, and a separate optional box for call and text consent. We store the exact wording you agreed to, your answer, the date and time, your IP address, your browser, and the page address as proof of consent.
How long we keep your information
We keep lead and spin records for as long as needed to respond to you, to meet real estate record-keeping requirements, and to show proof of consent — generally up to five years after your last contact with us, unless you ask us to delete it sooner or the law requires us to keep it longer.
Children
This site is not intended for anyone under 18, and we do not knowingly collect information from children. If you believe a child has given us information, contact us and we will delete it.
Sharing
We share your information only with service providers that help us operate this site and respond to you (for example, our CRM, form, and email providers) and, when relevant to a transaction, with lenders, title companies, inspectors, or other professionals you approve. We may also disclose information when required by law.
Your choices
