Wheel of Deals perk rules

Full rules for the Spin to Win wheel are in the Official Rules.

• One spin per person (one per email address and phone number). 18+. Kentucky homes only; if your home is outside Kentucky, Lavell can refer you to an agent in your state instead.
• Perks have no cash value and are not redeemable for cash.
• Every perk is paid for by Lavell Jackson and not by any lender, title company, inspector, cleaner, landscaper, or other provider. A perk may be arranged through a third-party business, but Lavell Jackson pays for it.
• Credits are subject to lender approval and shown on the Closing Disclosure.
• The commission perk reduces Lavell Jackson's listing commission by 0.25 percentage points (for example, 3.00% becomes 2.75%) and applies only as written in your signed listing agreement.
• A perk revealed on the wheel is provided only if all of the following happen: (a) you sign a written buyer or seller agency agreement with Lavell Jackson; (b) you are under contract within 180 days of your spin date on a Kentucky home with a sale price of $250,000 or more; and (c) that transaction closes. The perk is provided during the listing period or at or after closing, as applicable, even if closing happens after the 180 days.
• Perks may be modified. Void where prohibited.
